A “spell,” in this work, is not something cast on another person. It is the pattern you are already living inside of—in your relationships, your work, your desires, and your sense of self.
It’s how you:

give, receive, and relate
Most of us didn’t consciously choose these patterns. We inherited them. We adapted to them. We learned them through experience. And over time, they began to shape our lives. Spell Casting is the process of becoming conscious of the pattern—and choosing how you want to live it moving forward.
In our sessions, we do two things:

Through guided reflection, imagination, and embodiment, you begin to feel and experience a new way of relating—one that is aligned with your truth, your desire, and your values.
