Join us for a virtual Reiki session led by Kristen Bedrick. Allow the energy to flow and unfold exactly as you need in the moment.  Relax in your own sanctuary (car, home, workplace, outdoors, etc.), listen to gentle music, and close your eyes or have a soft gaze on the visual imagery displayed.   A group oracle card message will be shared along with individual messages as time allows.

Rest to Rise: A Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Session for All Women Entrepreneurs

For the wellness leader who gives to everyone but herself—this is your time. When life gets crazy busy, it's easy to lose a part of your creative, passionate, and instinctive self.

Join Cathy for a deeply nourishing practice designed to restore your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to the freedom and joy you help others find. Step away from the doing and into being—so you can tap into the whispers of your soul and rise rested, replenished, and whole.

Both restorative poses (long-holds, accessible postures) and Yoga Nidra (sleep-based, conscious relaxation and meditative technique) are experienced sitting and lying down.

Cathy will guide us through some relaxing restorative poses, then you will settle in for a soothing 20 minute Yoga Nidra, where you are led deeper into the layers of your physical, energy, mental, wisdom and bliss bodies.

Dress comfortably to rest (this is not a yoga flow class). All props will be provided but feel free to bring your own mat and anything else you want for additional support, an extra blanket or pillow and a water bottle.
