what you trust as sources of wisdom, how you define wholeness, what metaphors and symbols guide you, and how your lived experience shapes the way you work with others.
Cosmology mapping is a bespoke, narrative-medicine experience that blends deep listening, reflection, and creative synthesis. Together, we explore how you understand healing, meaning, relationship, and transformation, and translate that understanding into a coherent map you can return to again and again.
This is not a personality test or a diagnostic tool.
It is a reflective process rooted in your own lived experience, language, and values.
This offering is an invitation to articulate your cosmology — not to fit yourself into a box, but to name the world you already inhabit.
Each map is a custom work of love born of a 90-minute interview with me, and each map includes:
A core cosmology, articulating your worldview in clear, resonant language (your language)
A symbolic image depicting your cosmology
An origin story that weaves together your lived experience and healing path
A closing blessing to steady you in times of uncertainty or doubt
